Unwashed Unrefrigerated Free Range Farm Fresh Chicken Eggs.
On our farm we have Farm Fresh Brown/Olive Eggs. These eggs are unwashed and unrefrigerated. By doing this the eggs stay fresher for longer as the protective layer known as the bloom is not taken off. When eggs are washed, they need refrigerated to stay fresher longer. If you would like your eggs to be washed and placed in the fridge, please let us know and we will be glad to go the extra step for you, but please keep in mind they will not stay as fresh long.
